The Leader WSE Evaporator is an economically priced evaporator for the medium to large hobbiest who is seaking superior performance from a small evaporator. The Leader WSE features an external sap regulating system for superior level control in the evaporator. This sleek and shinny small evaporator is produced with many of the same quality features as our larger evaporators including: 7-1/2 inch drop flues for superior heating surface, solid s/s construction including all fittings and connections, all tig welded of 20ga bright annealed stainless steel,and more. The three compartment syrup pans offer the ability of a same sided draw-off at all times. This feature will make the evaporator more flexible in the sugar house by pushing it into a corner leaving only enough room behind and on one side to access the components during maintenance. This added space makes it more friendly for guests, filtering, and almost every sugar house activity. Add in Leader Evaporator's new design 2' wood fired arch with over 50% more wood capacity and these evaporators provide a lot of bang for your buck. - The 2x4 Leader WSE Evaporator features a 2' flue pan, and a 2' syrup pan. A complete Evaporator requires matching the pans with the matching arch size. This will give you a complete unit that you now only need insulation for (usually fire brick).
