Maple Mustard Glaze


1 cup Pure Maple Syrup
4 Tbsp. prepared dijon style mustard
2 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and ground pepper to taste


Stir together the maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Place your meat of choice in a shallow roasting pan. Spread glaze evenly over meat and roast.
