2016 Qualified for the inaugural NASCAR XFINITY Series Chase in his rookie year; finished 3rd in Sunoco Rookie
of the Year race and finish 10th in XFINITY Series point standings. Jones ended the year with 17 top-11
finishes with 36 laps led, recording the third most completed laps in the XFINITY Series. He also earned an
ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards win at Michigan International Speedway.
2015 Ran a part-time NXS schedule with Richard Childress Racing. In five starts, Jones earned one
